Future-Ready Infrastructure at Zurich Airport
Zurich Airport is gradually modernizing its central infrastructure for greater efficiency and sustainability. Following the renovation of Dock B and Terminal 2, the replacement of Dock A and the tower is now planned.
Replacement of Dock A and the Tower
In operation since 1985, the existing Dock A no longer meets today’s requirements. It will be replaced by a new building north of the current location to ensure continuous airport operations at all times. Sustainability plays a key role in this project: through energy-efficient construction methods and the use of renewable energies, the airport is making an important contribution to CO₂ reduction. These measures ensure Zurich Airport’s long-term competitiveness and create a high-performance, future-oriented infrastructure for generations to come.
Dy Project’s Contribution
Dy Project has been commissioned by Zurich Airport for project steering and master schedule planning. Our services include initiating and strategically planning projects, as well as reporting and preparing information and decision-making materials for strategic committees.
